The Career Guidance experience is a result of intense R&D and cumulative work experience of over 150 years in 25 different sectors ranging from CEOs to freelance professionals. It is also contributed to by psychologists and educationists with international experience.
In addition to information on career choices, the sessions also include meditative exercises and game-based learning modules to provide a unique learning experience. The modules as described below are designed to create awareness of the inside and the outside. They are career planning strategy sessions that will surely give direction to the students career choices.
We are working on adding multi-subject aptitude test batteries in association with one of India’s foremost Psychological testing companies. This will be introduced in the coming months as a separate training experience.
“What should I do after school? What options do I have after college?” These are probably the most crucial questions a young mind is faced with. And the answer to these questions is what decides the quality of your life. It is our responsibility to equip students with the information and the confidence to make the most suitable choice for them. Horses shouldn’t be climbing trees and monkeys shouldn’t be running the derby.
Our future depends on the right people being in the right places at the right time. The sooner we are able to achieve this, the easier it will be for us to spread prosperity, happiness and peace around the world.

Please Note: The Career Guidance Experience as described below has overlapping content. The depth and scope of its treatment increases successively with each time band, and newer content is added to it. The 4 and 8 hour sessions are punctuated by 1 and 3 breaks respectively. We are constantly upgrading our content and delivery mechanism. The content of the workshop we do for you will be updated.

Introduction to the various possibilities of careers that lie before students, with stress on the need for introspection to be able to make correct choices
Meditative exercise to help students access their subconscious mind and seek evidence for what they might be interested in
Analysis of exercise to find insights into students’ thought processes
Motivational session with an introduction to career planning, non standard occupations and financial planning
Participants will also receive reference material with relevant content to cement the principles learned

Information of the various sectors of career possibilities
Analysis of the above information to determine suitability of career and specific job function
Participants will receive an extensive careers database with self evaluation mechanism in addition to the reference material of the 2-hour session

Non traditional career options

Participants will receive a journal that contains all the content of the earlier two sessions as well as a strategy record for career development activities
