  • Develop a personal action plan to improve their professionalism at work
  • Find the ideal balance between their professional and personal life
For maximum effectiveness and recall value, we have based the delivery of the workshop on the ever popular film “Sholay”. Through the adventures of Jai, Veeru and the rest of the motley crew, students are equipped to deal with the opportunities and pitfalls that they will encounter in their first jobs with grace and confidence. This highly interactive session is filled with nuggets of wisdom packaged to be unforgettable.

This workshop is critical for both students and their colleges. Students naturally need to strike a good impression in their first jobs to be able to lay the foundation for growth in their careers and their lives beyond. Your college stands to gain much from this investment. Students are the brand ambassadors of their alma mater, and the quality of the students placed this ear will naturally determine the quality of the employers seeking to absorb the next batch. A win-win situation.

Final year students stand on the cusp of youth and adulthood. A seamless transition from dependent student to independent professional will be a great boost to their self confidence. Such confident professionals are what India needs to establish herself as an economic superpower.

The possibilities are limitless.
