Please note: The structure given below is a broad subdivision of the areas covered in the day long workshop. The 4 sessions are punctuated by 3 breaks for snacks and lunch. We are constantly working to develop cutting edge material and methods. The workshop is therefore subject to constant upgradation. Workshop Day: At the start of the 8 hour intervention, participants receive The Professional Development Workbook. This contains reference articles selected for inspiration as well as quality reading material.

Introduction: To the need for improved communication; to its impact on professional and personal life; to the various aspects and modes of communication.
Interpersonal Communication: An in-depth treatment of the do's and don'ts. Interactive exercises and games.

Telephonic Communication: An understanding of voice modulation, phone etiquette and information management.
E-mail Communication: Basic written communication skills, e-mail management with ease and style.

Public Speaking, Presentations and Pitches: Live public speaking exercises with feedback on form and content.
English Language Development: Self Analysis test followed by strategy to develop language skills from an application perspective

Action Orientation: to create a roadmap for the implementation of learned principles
Motivational Session: To inspire self belief and spur growth.
