This fun, fast-paced is full of interactive discussion interspersed with game-show style quizzes, quick objective tests, group exerises and introspection. It takes the participant through the rigors of the professional world to develop an experiential understanding of the value of etiquette and professionalism at work and outside.
In today's global marketplace, it is essential for the members of your organisation to present a refined image and to back it up with professional performance. It is critical to meet and exceed the client or customer's expectation of service to survive, let alone progress in this cut-throat environment. This makes it critical for organisations to invest in the development of the social skills of their own teams in all functional areas.
In a broader sense, organisations whose members are sensitive to needs of others are better able to reach out and have a positive impact on society. And a small step towards imbuing this sensitivity in your workforce will go a long way in making our world a better, happier place.
The possibilities are limitless.
